Agreement to Terms
By booking a journey with obssidii pathes or using our website, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any bookings.
Journey Bookings
- All bookings require a deposit to confirm reservation
- Full payment is due 60 days before journey departure
- Participants must be 18 years or older unless accompanied by a guardian
- Valid passport with 6 months validity is required
- Visa requirements are the traveler's responsibility
Cancellation Policy
- 90+ days before departure: Full refund minus administrative fee
- 60-89 days before departure: 50% refund
- Less than 60 days: No refund
- We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance
Journey Inclusions
- Accommodations as specified in journey description
- Meals as outlined in itinerary
- Ground transportation within destination
- Services of local guides
- Entrance fees to listed sites and activities
Not included: international airfare, travel insurance, personal expenses, gratuities, visa fees
Participant Responsibilities
- Maintain valid travel documents
- Arrive at designated meeting points on time
- Follow local laws and cultural norms
- Respect fellow travelers and local communities
- Disclose relevant health conditions
Limitation of Liability
obssidii pathes acts as an agent for accommodations, transportation, and activity providers. We are not liable for circumstances beyond our control including natural disasters, political unrest, or service provider failures. Our maximum liability is limited to the journey cost paid.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be governed by Singapore law. We encourage resolution through direct communication before pursuing formal proceedings.
